A graceful twist accents rustic mokume gane woodgrain metal in this elegant and unique diamond engagement ring. Your chosen diamond will be encircled by a four-prong 14K yellow gold basket that accentuates the natural beauty of the mokume and adds a beautiful touch of sparkle.

Stone: Pictured with a brilliant-cut lab-grown 0.  46ct H color, VS1 clarity, ideal cut diamond.

Band and Width: Our standard mokume style of a slightly curved profile, on a tapered 2.5-3mm wide twist band with soft edges.

Metal: Multiple layers of 18k royal yellow gold and silver are forged together to create the rustic woodgrain striations of this handmade mokume gane band. Royal yellow gold is a beautiful combination of durability and beauty and has a buttery-yellow tone and is strong enough to make a band that you can enjoy for lifetimes. This ring is shown with a 14k yellow gold liner. More about the ancient process of Mokume Gane: Mokume Gane is a Japanese form of bonding 25 layers of precious metal. It translates to "wood-grain metal" and was used to adorn the handles of Damascus steel and Samurai swords.
